Special Educational Activities Geared for Unique Learning (SEAGUL) is Kershaw County School District’s gifted and talented program.  The program serves students in grades three through eight and provides experiences which are based on the different developmental needs of the gifted and talented student.   Ms. Fair Ariail  will serve as their teacher.  Gifted and talented students are identified according to state mandated criteria.
